I am a successful Relationship Counsellor, a Professional Life Coach and Trainer based in Milton Keynes.

An Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP, a UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor and qualified through Relate in Marital and Couple Counselling, I work to the high ethical standards set out by the BACP.

As a qualified Counsellor for Young People, I work with young people aged 10 years to 21 years old and have an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.

A qualified Professional Life Coach, awarded the Advanced Diploma with distinction by The Coaching Academy (UK) Limited in 2004.

As an experienced Trainer based in Milton Keynes offering Life Skills courses, and support to Business by developing communication and relationship skills to improve effectiveness.

As a member of the Panel of Experts for Health & Beauty MK magazine I regularly answer readers' relationship questions.
